Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Decoding AI · HackStack you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Accounts and roles
You must provide accurate information and pick a single role — Builder or Mentor. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts are for individuals; do not share logins.
Mentorship pairing limits
Pairing capacity is enforced by the platform: a Builder may hold at most 5 pending outbound requests and 2 active mentors; a Mentor may hold at most 5 active Builders, with further requests queued. Attempting to bypass these limits is a breach of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not harass other users, misrepresent your experience, post unlawful or infringing content, scrape the platform, or attempt to access data that is not yours. Mentorship conversations should stay professional and on-topic.
Your content
You keep ownership of the project descriptions, media and profile content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content inside the platform so other participants can discover your work.
No guarantees
Mentorship is offered by volunteers. We do not guarantee that a request will be accepted, that a mentor will be available, or that any particular outcome will follow. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or put other participants at risk. You can stop using the platform and request deletion of your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
